THE FDT MINDSET RE-TRAINING PROGRAM
The FDT Mindset Re-training Program for Emotional Health and Wellness is a 12-week program that is divided into 4 sections:
Step 1 PREPARE: Develop the successful mindset
In this section you will learn the importance of future thinking for emotional health, and what you need to do to prepare for change. You’ll also learn how to overcome the obstacles that prevent most people from succeeding.
Step 2 LEARN: How your mind creates future experiences
This is where you will learn the science-based skills for how to create successful future experiences.
Step 3 ACT: Transform through action
Here you will take what you are learning and put it into action to achieve the real transformation you are looking for.
Step 4 THRIVE: Where acceptance and aspiring to create your future meet
In this section you will learn how to find the balance between acceptance and growth and how to deal with obstcles and set-backs so you can stay on track.
There are 12 weeks of digitally recorded lessons that you can watch as many times as you need to.
Weekly group based skills coaching sessions.
Bi-weekly One-to-one skills coaching sessions to help you apply the skills to your own personal life situations.
Worksheets and written materials are provided to faciliate the learning process.
There is also a community support group where you can get additional help and ask questions 24/7.
